Performance Protocol
Train for the season, not the workout.
Strength and conditioning built around your sport and your competition calendar.
Who it’s for
Athletes in any sport preparing for a season or competition, including jiu jitsu and powerlifting.
How we coach it
- Sport-specific evaluation. BJJ Eval for jiu jitsu; a full evaluation plus sport tests for other athletes.
- Evaluate, Isolate, Innervate, Integrate. Our method for turning gym work into performance.
- Periodized to your calendar. Planned peaks and scheduled deloads.
- Objective numbers. Training load, readiness and performance tracked alongside your weekly report.
- Demanding standards. Sessions are done as written.
- Hard weeks handled. Keep intensity, cut volume. Never peak through a bad week.
Your floor on a hard week
- The key session of the week, done as written.
- Protein and hydration targets, plus your weight-class plan where it applies.
- Your sleep target.
- Send the Sunday 5 and report readiness honestly.
How you’ll know it’s working
At week 12 we re-test your sport’s key lifts or tests, conditioning and body weight, plus your pillar self-rating and one marker you pick.
Book a Discovery CallOne system. Three protocols.
Every protocol runs on the same MPS process.
Assess. Set goals. Plan. Set expectations. Monitor. Adjust.
Built on 12 weeks. Leave anytime with 1 week's notice. Milestones at weeks 4, 8 and 12. A plan packet that tells you exactly what to do this week.
Every client gets MPS coaching, but not identical coaching. See the Lifestyle, Performance and Executive protocols.
